This job is now obsolete and should not be executed anymore. The native Equinox launcher binaries are now build automatically as part of the Equinox Jenkins pipeline since https://github.com/eclipse-equinox/equinox/issues/575. This job configuration is currently just kept for reference in case future investigations are necessary and will be deleted soon.
