The failure was caused by a failed attempt to deploy Runner. The problem was a missing file parameter. Missing parameter was added, but instead of running this job again (which would cause it fail due to repeate deployment of IDE), https://hudson.eclipse.org/rcptt/job/deploy-runner/29 was ran.
