Project fred_parallel_build_test

Testing if building the different packages in parallel can speed up the build (2h instead of 3h at the moment).
This could be improved, if more resources are available (e.g. when an additional resource pack is assigned).
Next step would be to use a pipeline with parallel steps instead of a multi-config job.
