notarize-prepare-to-redo

When the notarize fails because the curl calls were successful (e.g. no curl: (92) HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: INTERNAL_ERROR (err 2) messages) this job can be used to preapre the files to be signed again.

TODO: Make this script unneeded by failing notarize in the first place!
