Choose the type of build. Note that a release build will not promote the build, but rather will promote the most recent milestone build.

Whether to promote the build to the download server.

Whether to fail the build if there are

Choose the artifact replacement baseline. Generally the latest nightly is appropriate, but at least once we want to do a nightly build with the latest release as the baseline replacement.
