Parameters

The Eclipse Product Version for which to promote.

The version of Oomph to use for the source of the product.

• If /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/oomph/drops/release/$OOMPH_VERSION/products exists,
  those installers will be used as the source.
• Otherwise /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/oomph/products
  will be used as the source, i.e., the latest milestone build.

The name used to generate the target folder.
The base target folder is /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/oomph/epp/$PRODUCT_VERSION/$PRODUCT_TYPE{qualifier}
Type M and RC use a numeric qualifier starting with 1; type R uses an alphabetic qualifier starting with a.
The qualifier is incremented until the the target doesn't exist.

Whether to actually promote the results to the target folder.
