jgit-stable-pipeline

Builds and deploys to Nexus the JGit stable-5.x branches (1 <= x <=9).
Triggered by ref updates; can also be triggered manually with a parameter for the branch to build.
Do not configure anything in the form based UI, but only in the pipeline script at the end of the configuration.
