Promote from nightly to stable/releases

 Unlike Capella/Amalgam, promote is a bit different.

• From nightly to stable, there is 3 repository to promote into one. diffmerge, coevolution and pattern are builded separately, and so one, are promoted into separated nightly folders but we will promote those three folder into one stable folder.
• From stable to release, there is 1 repository to promote into one.

 Job must be used wisely to promote 2nd and 3rd repository from nightly to stable if needed, or not from stable to release
