concurrency_tck_2-staging-to-promoted

Copies the staged Jakarta Concurrency TCK jar from the staged download.eclipse.org/ee4j/cu/${RELEASE}/staged/eftl file location to the promoted download.eclipse.org/ee4j/cu/${RELEASE}/promoted/eftl directory on Eclipse Downloads.

The promoted TCK jar can subsequently be downloaded (e.g. using a web browser or using wget, curl, etc) from that location.

NOTE: After promoting the TCK you have to login to the eclipse website, and choose the 'Move selected to archive.eclipse.org' option before they will show up on jakartaee/concurrency/.
