Parameters

trainname can be either "all" in which a pre-determined list of repositories are checked (presumably on a regular basis) or it can be either one trainname, such as 'neon' or 'oxygen' in which case only that repository is checked (the "makeVisible" use case). If no value is given, "all" is assumed.
