RedDeer nightly/snapshots publish job

Builds and pushes reddeer bits into snapshots repository at http://download.eclipse.org/reddeer/snapshots/

First, old content of the repository is deleted, then whole repo is built, its content copied over into local httpd folder and finally all is extracted

Repository http://download.eclipse.org/reddeer/snapshots/ contains one version of RedDeer at the moment

It uses -Peclipse-sign profile to sign produced jars
