Builds the <a href="https://www.eclipse.org/rap/">RAP Runtime</a> from the <a href="https://github.com/eclipse-rap/org.eclipse.rap">Git main branch (HEAD)</a>, including the RAP target components and basic requirements, and runs all the tests.<br>
After a stable build with all tests passed the downstream <a href="https://ci.eclipse.org/rap/job/rap-head-runtime-signed/">rap-head-runtime-signed</a> build is started.
