Builds the <a href="https://www.eclipse.org/rap/">RAP Tools</a> from the <a href="http://git.eclipse.org/c/rap/org.eclipse.rap.tools.git">Git 3.1 maintenance branch (streams/3.1-maintenance)</a> and creates a p2 repository with the signed artifacts.<br>
