Parameters

Technically is the last segment of the directory path where composite files reside. Normally passed in from SimRel triggering job.

Conceptually is the milestone or RC we are working on, but must be the last part of temporary file name that is waiting to be copied to new standard name, such as compositeContent.jar where '' is M1, M2, ... RC3, RC4, and simply R for final release (if needed ... typically RC4 is final). For update releases we use simply a numeral for the update, such as '1' when we do Neon.1.
