Release prep build for service releases. 1) Checkout service release branch (e.g. "7.0.x") 2) Update version# (e.g. from "7.0.1" to "7.0.2") 3) Commit version# changes to the same branch, with creating a tag (e.g. "7.0.2") 4) Invoke eclipse-collection-deploy build for the release tag (e.g. "7.0.2")
